N.B. Minimum booking is two nights. The maximum number of guests may not exceed 4 people unless agreed in advance for which there is an extra fee of £25 per person per night. A £200 refundable security deposit is payable at the time of the final payment (if you wish to take pets there is no additional rental charge but this must be agreed in advance with us and there is a £10 supplementary cleaning charge and an additional £100 security deposit is required) |
The above rates include electricity and gas. Bed linen and towels are provided for up to four people. If any additional linen is used during your stay there is a fee of £10.00. A baby cot is available if required but we do not supply bedding for this. Please let us know at the time of booking.
BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
1. A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received by us.
2. The balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the booked period begins (the payment date) and the refundable security deposit of £200.00 (+ £100 pet deposit if applicable)
3. If we do not receive the balance due by the payment date we will assume you have cancelled your booking unless we have heard from you prior to this date and have agreed a new payment date.
4. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of the booked date the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
5. Should the number of people staying at the property exceed that agreed then a surcharge of £200 will apply.
6. No pets are allowed at the property unless agreed in advance with us.
7. If you cancel a booking you must email us or advise us in writing immediately so that we can seek to re-let the property immediately.
8. If you cancel a booking then the deposit paid is not refundable unless we are able to re-let the property.
